Public Notice Public Hearing on Road Vacation Petition The Crook County Court will be holding a public hearing convened under ORS 192.640, and ORS 368.326-368.426, on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, beginning at 9:00 AM at the County meeting room, 320 NE Court Street, Prineville, Oregon, 97754. The principal subject anticipated to be discussed is a petition to vacate a portion of SE Springfield Street, Prineville, OR. At this public hearing, the commissioners will receive public testimony regarding whether to approve or deny the vacation petition. The operative question is whether vacating the portion of SE Springfield Street is in the public interest. If approved, this portion will no longer be a roadway open to the general public.
