NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING & BOARD MEETING FORM LB-1 A public meeting of the Boring Water District #24 Board of Commissioners will be held on June 14, 2022at 6:00 pm at the District Office at 28577 SW Wally Rd. Boring, Or 97009. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022 as approved by the Boring Water Budget Committee. A summary of the budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at the District Office, between the hours of 9-noon and 1-4 p.m, M-F. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year. The agenda includes the 2nd reading of ordinance 2022-7.1 effective July 1, 2022; proposing a 5% increase to each water rate tier and 5% increase on the base rates.
