AJ HOME IMPROVEMENTS, LLC, a dissolved Oregon Limited Liability Company, and ANDREW J. GRUNDMANN, Defendants TO: ANDREW J. GRUNDMANN, of the above-named Defendants. SUMMARY STATEMENT: This action relates to Plaintiff’s contracting Defendants to perform work at Plaintiff’s home located at 18428 Steamboat Way, West Linn, Oregon 97068, whereby, one of the projects (pergola) was built with construction defects requiring reconstruction in order to repair the poor workmanship of Defendants. Date of first publication: May 31, 2022. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff’s pray for the following relief: 1. On Plaintiff’s First Claim for Relief (Breach of Contract), for an award of money damages in an amount of $10,592.13, together with pre-judgment interest at the rate of 9% per annum from August, 2020, until paid; 2. On Plaintiff’s Second Claim for Relief (Negligence), for an award of money damages in an amount not to exceed $10,000, with the actual amount to be proven at trial, together with an award of Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees; 3. For an award of Plaintiff’s costs and disbursements; and 4. For any and all other relief the Court deems just and proper. NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS: READ CAREFULLY!!
