The Trust Deed covers the following described real property (Property): UNIT 36, STONEWAY CONDOMINIUMS, WASHINGTON COUNTY AND STATE OF OREGON TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON AND LIMITED ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN DECLARATION RECORDED MARCH 31, 2006 AS RECORDER’S FEE NO 2006-037325 Grantor’s loan obligation is more than 120 days delinquent. Both the Beneficiary and the Trustee have elected to sell the Property to satisfy the obligations secured by the Trust Deed and a Notice of Default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes. Subsequent to the recording of the Notice of Default the original sale proceedings were stayed by Oregon House Bill 2009 with its effect of imposing a foreclosure moratorium in Oregon. RIGHT TO CURE The right exists under ORS 86.778 to have this foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the Trust Deed reinstated by doing all of the following at any time that is not later than five days before the date last set for the sale: (1) Paying to the Beneficiary the entire amount then due (other than such portion as would not then be due, had no default occurred); and (2) Curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by tendering the performance required under the Trust Deed; and (3) Paying all costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the Obligation and Trust Deed, together with Trustee’s and attorney’s fees not exceeding the amounts provided by ORS 86.778. In construing this notice, the masculine gender includes the feminine and the neuter, the singular includes the plural, the word Grantor includes any successor in interest to the Grantor as well as any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by the Trust Deed, and the words Trustee and Beneficiary include their respective successors in interest, if any.
