METRO BLUE LAKE PARK BUILDING DEMOLITIONS Bids due: June 30, 2022 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 4060 Metro is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the demolition and site restoration of six existing structures at Blue Lake Regional Park, including all excavation, demolition, utility work, and restoration of disturbed surfaces, complete with all work incidental to, or necessary for, satisfactory completion of the work described in the Invitation to Bid. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on June 9, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at Blue Lake Park concessions building, 21224 NE Blue Lake Road, Fairview, Oregon. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. June 30, 2022 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 4060. Responses will be opened publicly at that time. All bidders submitting a bid for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a. Solicitation documents can be viewed and downloaded from Bid Locker (bidlocker.us) Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
