TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE TS No. OR01000017-16-2 APN R324606/ 083W32 05200 TO No 220319464-OR-MSI TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to that certain Trust Deed made by, MICHAEL A ROTH AND RACHAEL K ROTH as Grantor to AMERITITLE as Trustee, in favor of NATIONAL CITY BANK as Beneficiary dated as of April 13, 2007 and recorded on April 18, 2007 as Instrument No. 193707 in Book 2800, on Page 184 and the beneficial interest was assigned to MSNI ADVANTAGE LP and recorded January 8, 2014 in Book 3573, on Page 493 of official records in the Office of the Recorder of Marion County, Oregon to-wit: APN: R324606/ 083W32 05200 LOT 49, CHINOOK FIVE – F, COUNTY OF MARION AND STATE OF OREGON Both the Beneficiary, MSNI ADVANTAGE, LP, and the Trustee, Nathan F. Smith, Esq., have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said Trust Deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.735(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes.
