LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF PRINEVILLE INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for the 2022 Waterline Improvements NW Deer from 1st to 3rd Street will be received until 2:00 PM PDST on the July 19, 2022, at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St, Prineville, Oregon. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal of (insert name of Contractor) 2022 Waterline Improvements Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on July 19, 2022 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 26th day of July, 2022. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 2nd day of August, 2022 with a completion date of no later than the 1st day of October, 2022. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held promptly at 2:00 pm on the 7th day of July 2022, at the City of Prineville City Hall to review key project elements and answer questions. The work contemplated generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the Waterline improvements as described in the provided construction drawings.
