HEARING NOTICE The Newberg City Council will hold a legislative public hearing on July 18, 2022, at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR and via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposal: 1. Street Vacation (Administrative): Consider an application to vacate S Garfield Street between E First Street and E Second Street, approximately 70 feet of the east/west alley east of S Garfield Street between E First Street and E Second Street, and the north/south alley between S Garfield Street and S Washington Street. The application was initiated by City Council Resolution No. 2022-3819 (contact Doug Rux).
