NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING File Number: SDR03-2022 and CUP01-2022 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On August 3, 2022, the Molalla Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider concurrent review for Site Design Review and Conditional Use Permit applications to establish land use approvals for construction of a new 1,937 SF fast food use with a drive-through window on a 0.68 acre lot in Molalla addressed at 820 W Main ST. The hearing will be held at 6:30 PM at the Molalla Civic Center; 315 Kennel Ave, Molalla OR, 97038. You may attend, offer testimony, or seek information at the hearing. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the day of the hearing and should be addressed or emailed to: Planning Specialist, Ronda Lee, 117 N. Molalla Ave, Molalla OR, 97038, communityplanner@cityofmolalla.com; note that email is preferred. Please ensure your name and address are included in the written testimony. Only comments on the relevant approval criteria are considered relevant evidence. Any person who fails to address the relevant approval criteria with enough detail may not be able to appeal to the City Council, Land Use Board of Appeals, or Circuit Court, as applicable, on that issue. After the public hearing closes, the City will issue its decision. The decision will be mailed to the applicant and anyone else who submitted comments or is legally entitled to notice. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and will be provided at a reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost upon request.
