METRO CONCRETE REPAIR AT METRO CENTRAL TRANSFER STATION Bids due: August 4, 2022 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 4079 Metro is inviting bids to repair concrete at Metro Central Transfer Station located at 6161 NW 61st, Portland OR. The project consists of one area of 15 feet by 35 feet in size for replacement of concrete. The actual square footage will be determined just prior to construction start for each area based on square foot unit prices for that specific area. The concrete slabs vary between 12 inches and 16 inches thick. Some areas have rebar. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. August 4, 2022 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 4079. Responses will be opened publicly at that time. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on July 20, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at 6161 NW 61st St, Portland OR 97210. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference. All bidders submitting a bid for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a.
