NOTICE OF INTENT This is Notice of Intent to raise two vessels located in the Columbia River at Hayden Island in Portland, Oregon. This salvage project was surveyed and will commence on July 16, 2022 and will continue to completion upon which the Sakarissa and the Alert will be raised and then towed to Schnitzel Steel and sold for scrap.
