Notice of Public Hearing Annexation: Tax Lot 051W06D000502 (no address) (ANX 22-02) On July 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing to hear annexation into city limits of 39.21 acres of territory (Tax Lot 051W06D000502) along the east side of Boones Ferry Road NE north of Hazelnut Drive (ANX 22-02), along with adjacent road right-of-way (ROW), and subdivision and development into the Marion Pointe planned unit development (PUD) of 87 houses on 87 lots with several common area tracts. Development would extend dead-end Olympic Street to the road and include a second street connection. The hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon.
