METRO SOLE SOURCE PUBLIC NOTICE Date of Public Notice: July 18, 2022 Anticipated Award Date: July 25, 2022 Description of Goods of Services to be acquired: Cleanup and abatement services, and associated tasks Prospective Contractor: Rapid Response Bio Clean Amount: $2,620,800 from July, 2022 to June, 2023 Metro to contract with Rapid Response Bio Clean to increase the number of crews cleaning up garbage and litter, including hazardous toxic and biological waste, along high-use highway corridors managed by Oregon Department of Transportation within the Metro region, and other associated tasks within the identified timeframe. Metro has determined that the services needed are available from only one source. An entity may protest this determination in accordance with OAR 137-047-0710 no later than July 24, 2022.
