Pursuant to ORS 86.745, the following information is provided: 1. DEFAULT FOR WHICH FORECLOSURE IS MADE AND SUM OWING: Failure to pay the balloon payment of the outstanding principal balance of $273,533 when due January 1, 2017, together with outstanding interest thereon at the statutory rate of 9% from January 1, 2017 until paid; plus delinquent property taxes, if any; cost of foreclosure report; attorney’s fees; together with any other sums due or that may become due under the Note or by reason of this foreclosure and any further advances made by Beneficiary as allowed by the Note and Deed of Trust. 5. ELECTION TO SELL: The property will be sold on July 13, 2022* to the highest bidder to satisfy the obligation. 6. RIGHT TO REINSTATE: The right exists under ORS 86.778 (Discontinuance of foreclosure proceedings after cure of default) to have the proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstated by paying the entire amount then due, together with costs, trustee’s fees and attorney fees, and by curing any other default complained of in the notice of default, at any time that is not later than five days before the date last set for the sale. 7.
