PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Estacada will hold a public hearing regarding the alternative procedure for sale of city real property in accordance with ORS 221.727. The Estacada City Council considers it necessary and convenient to adopt a procedure for the sale of individual parcels of a class of city-owned real properties, or any interest therein, under a single program established within the city for the sale of that class of properties. The hearing will be held in the Estacada City Council Chambers, 475 SE Main Street, Estacada, Oregon, at 7:00 p.m. on the 8th day of August, 2022. Anyone wishing to present written testimony on these proposed actions may do so in writing prior to or at the Public Hearing. The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities.
