Consultants who wish to apply, should have a comprehensive knowledge of the following: US Treasury Final Rules of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principals and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards Comprehensive understanding of Federal and government contracts Writing contracts; understanding differences between sub-recipient and sub-contractor status, contracting requirements and limitations Writing procedures guides and manuals; determine and communicate process and performance measures for expected program outcomes Writing grants, grant guides and all requirements in detailing processes from application submission to financial allocations.
