NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CANBY The Canby Planning Commission will meet on Monday, August 8, 2022, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers, 222 NE 2nd Ave and meeting is also via Zoom. City Staff is requesting consideration of a legislative text amendment to update the proposed changes to CMC 16.110 Historic Preservation to bring the code up to industry standards and include clarifying language. The Commission will also consider a Site and Design Review application submitted by Therma-Glass, requesting to build a 28,885 square foot office and warehouse facility located on the NW corner of S.
