DEBORAH ANN HASSERD, an individual, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS, AND DEVISEES OF BETTY L. LENTZ, an individual, and PARTIES IN POSSESSION AND CLAIMING A RIGHT TO POSSESSION, Defendants. TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS, AND DEVISEES OF BETTY L. LENTZ, of the above-named defendants. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action, within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint. SUMMARY STATEMENT: This action relates to Plaintiff’s desire to foreclose its claim against the real estate described as: LOT 44C, Block 5, BULL RUN BLOCK 5, LOTS 33 THRU 65, in the City of Gresham, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon; TOGETHER WITH the right to use Tract D common area, as provided in Declaration recorded August 2, 1973, Book 941, Page 534, Deed Records; re-recorded September 16, 1973, Book 941, Page 83, Deed Records; amended December 2, 1976, Book 1143, Page 431, Deed Records; amended June 15, 1977, Book 1186, Page 738, Deed Records; amended June 14, 1978, Book 1271, Page 1428, Deed Records; amended January 4, 1984, Book 1717, Page 856, Deed Records; and amended January 4, 1984, Book 1717, Page 857, Deed Records. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for the following relief: 1. For a general judgment in the amount of $9,571.27, plus all assessments, late fees, fines, interest, and other charges due hereunder which have accumulated after July 7, 2022, to date of judgment, plus interest at the rate of 9.0% per annum, from the date of judgment until paid, and for Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein; 2. For a general judgment foreclosing Plaintiff’s claim of lien against the real property described above; 3. For such other and further relief the Court deems just and equitable; 4. Or, in the alternative, for a money judgment against Defendant Hasserd in the amount of $9,571.27, plus all assessments, late fees, fines, interest, and other charges due hereunder which have accumulated after July 7, 2022, to date of judgment, plus interest at the rate of 9.0% per annum, from the date of judgment until paid, and for Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein; NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS: READ CAREFULLY!!
