Pursuant to Maine Probate Code Section 9-204, Petitioners have petitioned this Court for Termination of Parental Rights of the Unknown Father of Peyton Vickery, contemporaneously with a Petition to Adopt Peyton Vickery. 2. The parents of the child are Paige Struthers and Unknown Father. 3. A hearing regarding the father on the Petition of Termination of Parental Rights will be held at the Androscoggin County Probate Court on October 4, 2022, at 11:30 a.m.; 4.
