NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMENDING FOREST GROVE CODE SECTIONS 50.25 THROUGH 50.31 WATER SUPPLY CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL POLICY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Forest Grove City Council will holding a Public Hearing on Monday, August 22, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street and via Zoom video conferencing, to consider an ordinance amending Forest Grove Code Sections 50.25 through 50.31, pertaining to Water Supply Cross-Connection Control Policy, to reflect current laws, administrative rules and practices. The hearing will be held in a hybrid format allowing the public to attend virtual via Zoom and in-person. A copy of the meeting agenda with Zoom instructions and staff report are available seven days prior to the hearing and are published on the City’s website at https://www.forestgrove-or.gov/meetings.
