Pre-Qualifications Required in classes of: (1) Building Alteration and Repair (2) Building Construction Arbor Lodge Family Shelter Renovations SUMMARY: Complete renovation of Arbor Lodge including shelter hygiene facilities, sleeping, kitchen, common areas, and exterior courtyard. Pre-qualification applications must be received by, or postmarked to, Purchasing no later than 10 days prior to the bid closing date. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C 800-870, or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276(a) if applicable.
