REYNOLDS SCHOOL DISTRICT #7 1204 NE 201ST AVE FAIRVIEW, OREGON 97024 DAIRY PRODUCTS Bids due: August 29, 2022 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID Reynolds School District #7 is seeking bidders to provide Dairy Products, including liquid milk, lactose free liquid milk and sour cream products. (the Project). RSD is a Public School District that operates 17 school sites. Terms: A. All bids shall be for merchandise delivered F.O.B. destination. B. All shipping/handling charges are to be included in bid amount. C. Terms are net 30 from the end of the month in which all the purchases for the month are collated and summarized into a statement. Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of both product and invoice, from whichever date is later. Receiving records and invoices must match exactly before payment. will be processed. Invoices must be mailed or e-mailed by the 5th of the month following services. D. All costs and/or charges must be clearly identified in the bid document submittals. E. Any rebate or savings that the vendor receives must be passed on to the RSD. Bids and a copy of the ITB may be obtained from and filed with the District’s Procurement, Contracts and Accounting Specialist, Lauren Tonn, via email at procurement@rsd7.net. The ITB, questions and addenda are also available on the District’s website: https://www.reynolds.k12.or.us/rfps. The ITB document and addendum will be available on the District’s website until a contract has been awarded to a successful proposer or until such time as this ITB is formally revoked or terminated. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a Bid. Proof of Oregon licensing, when required, and adequate professional liability insurance is required for those who will work on the Project. The District reserves the right to reject any Bid not in compliance with any prescribed public bidding procedure or requirement, and may reject any and all Bids for good cause upon the District’s finding that it is in the public interest to do so. No Bid will be received or considered by the District unless the Bid contains a statement as to whether the Contractor is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. The selection process will be the District’s applicable Board Policies. The District will not be prequalifying bidders under ORS 279B.120. All Bidders responding to the ITB will do so solely at their own expense, and the District is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with the ITB. Respondents shall submit their bid electronically to Lauren Tonn at procurement@rsd7.net. The deadline for submitting a BId or response to the ITB is August 29, 2022 at 2 p.m. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
