Notice to Proposers Proposals for the Marion County Community Development Division for Professional Services for the Community Development Block Grant Rehabilitation Program can be submitted by email at: PO_Contracts@co.marion.or.us or to Camber Schlag at 555 Court Street Suite #4247 Salem, OR. 97301 until September 5, 2022. Proposals will not be accepted after this date and time. The Proposal Documents may be obtained on the County website (https://www.co.marion.or.us/BOC/CD/CDBG) or through Oregon Buys at https://oregonbuys.gov or by contacting Camber Schlag at cschlag@co.marion.or.us Questions or comments regarding the RFP must be put in writing and received by Camber Schlag at the email listed above by no later than August 22, 2022. All such questions and answers will become addenda to this RFP and will be posted to the County Website and through Oregon Buys. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities in any proposal in their sole judgement. Proposals shall be emailed or delivered to Camber Schlag on or before the above stated time and date. Proposals shall be marked Professional Services for the Community Development Block Grant Rehabilitation Program and include the proposers name and address and will be considered time-stamped and received by the County when they are received in the email inbox listed on the cover page or submitted in person. Email subject line shall be clearly marked with the RFP number.
