Winsley and Robert A Winsley, Wife and Husband, as grantors, to Fidelity National Title Ins Co., whose address in 10540 S.E. Stark, Portland, OR 97216, as trustee, in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as beneficiary, dated May 11th, 2011, and recorded May 16th, 2011, in the mortgage records of Clackamas County Oregon, Recording No. 2011-029140. Said Deed of Trust was most recently assigned to Wilmington Savings Fund, FSB, As Trustee of Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust I, by an instrument recorded under Recording No. 2021-045677 on May 5th, 2021, covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to-wit: PARCEL 5, PARTITION PLAT NO. 1999-123, IN THE CITY OF MOLALLA, COUNTY OF CLACKAMAS AND STATE OF OREGON.
