Date of First Publication: August 16, 2022. SUMMARY STATEMENT FOR RELIEF: Plaintiff is the owner of Jantzen Beach RV Park, located at 1503 N. Hayden Island Drive, Portland, Oregon. Defendant entered into a rental agreement under which it agreed to lease Space #905 at said Park. Defendant failed to pay rent to Plaintiff from June, 2020 through March 15, 2022, totaling $10,180. Plaintiff prays for the following relief: A. On Plaintiff’s First Claim for Relief, for Breach of Contract: 1. A money award in an amount to be proven at trial, but no less than $10,180. against Defendant; 2. Reasonable attorney fees pursuant to ORS 90.255; 3.
