(Lien Claimant) claims a lien created by ORS 87.152 to 87.214 on the chattel described below: Farm Tractor, Hesston 1580 DT Tractor, Serial No. 742381 (Chattel) For the following charges for services provided, materials supplied and/or labor performed for the lien debtor in making, altering, repairing, transporting, pasturing or caring for chattels at the request of the owner or lawful possessor thereof. 1. The actual or reputed owner is CHRISTIAN RADABAUGH, SR. (Lien Debtor) 2. Lien Claimant obtained possession of the Chattel in CROOK COUNTY, OREGON. 4. The date lien attached to the Chattel is October 30, 2019, which is when the services or labor were fully performed, the materials were fully furnished, and the charges were therefore due. Lien Debtor then either knew or reasonably should have known that the charges were due. Since that date, possession of the Chattel has been and is now retained by Lien Claimant. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Lien Debtor and to any whom it may concern that on September 20, 2022, Lien Claimant will sell the Chattel at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, in CROOK COUNTY, CITY OF PRINEVILLE, STATE OF OREGON, where Lien Claimant obtained possession thereof, at the following place in that county: 7250 NW Moore Lane Prineville, Oregon 97754 At 1:00 P.M.
