Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids to be delivered to: Salem MHP, LLC, 1050 W. Central Ave. #A, Sutherlin, OR 97479, no later than the end of the day on the 26th day of August, 2022. The minimum bid shall be $5,737.86. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, the purchaser must promptly tender full payment in cash, money order, or cashiers’ check and take possession of the dwelling.
