NOTICE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING CASEFILE 22-PA-04 and 22-SD-01 The Jefferson County Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to review a post acknowledgement plan amendment and zone change proposing to change 142.5 acres described as T13, R12, S23, TL100 (Tax Account No. 7130). The proposed Comprehensive Plan designation change is from Range Land to Rural Land and the Zone change is from Rangeland (RL) to Rural Residential-2 (RR-2) (22-PA-04). The Planning Commission will also be concurrently considering a request for a 58-lot subdivision including 54 residential lots, 2 park lots and 2 lots on this parcel (22-SD-01) on the 142.5 acre parcel.
