NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Competitive Bidding Exemption for PDX Ground Source Heat Pump Construction Services Solicitation Number 2022-10004 The Port of Portland will hold a public hearing at 9:00am on Friday, September 02, 2022 via MS Teams at the link provided below. The purpose of the hearing is to take comments on the Port’s draft findings in support of a proposed exemption from competitive bidding. The exemption is for award of a CM/GC contract for management of the PDX Ground Source Heat Pump Construction Services project. If the exemption is granted, the contract will be awarded through a competitive request for proposal process to select the CM/GC. Any interested party may participate in the hearing and present comment. A copy of the draft findings in support of the competitive bidding exemption may be obtained by contacting the Port’s Contracts and Procurement Office via email to popcontracting@portofportland.com.
