WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON Request for Proposals (No. 2022.194-RFP) RFP for Facilities Condition Assessment Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide RFP for Facilities Condition Assessment. Selected contractor will conduct a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of County facilities, grounds, and buildings on County owned and leased properties. Proposals must be received by 5:00 pm Thursday, September 15, 2022. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
