WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON Affordable Housing Bond Notice of Funding Application (NOFA) Bids due: October 21, 2022 @ 2:00 pm Request for Proposals No. 2022.200-RFP Washington County, Oregon is requesting applications from interested applicants to provide Affordable Housing Bond Notice of Funding Application (NOFA). This Notice of Funding Application (NOFA) offers up to $13,000,000 in Metro Affordable Housing Bond Funds for the construction of permanently affordable rental units for a period of 60 years or the purchase and rehabilitation of existing rental units to preserve affordable rental units for a period of 30 years if the project is more than 10 years old, and 60 years if the project is less than 10 years old. Applications must be received by 2:00 pm Friday, October 21, 2022. The County may reject any applications not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all applications upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so. A copy of the Request for Applications document is posted on https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/washington-county-or. Application documents can be viewed and downloaded from the site.
