NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home: One (1) 1971 Olympian manufactured dwelling, Plate number X093272, Home identification number 174061, Manufacturer’s serial number(s) 1555 and 1555B, has been abandoned by Carly J. Hurley and Andrew James Hurley. The home is located at 200 SW D Street, Spc 8, Madras, OR 97741. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids to be delivered to: Rimrock Court Cooperative, 6663 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy., PO Box 300, Portland, OR 97225, no later than the end of the day on the 9th day of September, 2022.
