The Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit against Defendant(s), in which the complaint seeks damages for breach of contract in the sum of $137,437.49 (which includes unpaid prejudgment interest of $3,742.26 from December 1, 2021 through May 16, 2022), plus prejudgment interest thereon at the rate of 5.990% per annum commencing May 17, 2022 and continuing until the date of entry of judgment, along with post-judgment interest thereon at the rate of 9% per annum until paid in full, together with replevin (repossession) of the manufactured home located at the address above.
