The relief sought in the Complaint is for Breach of Contract, relating to a written agreement entered into on February 2, 2020, between Plaintiff and Defendant, for Defendant’s rental of an apartment commonly known as 4141 Fisher Rd NE, Unit 43, Salem, Oregon. For Plaintiff’s Claim for Relief (Breach of Contract), Plaintiff seeks judgment of a money award for Plaintiff and against Defendant in the amount of $23,259.33 together with pre-judgment interest on that amount at the legal rate of nine percent (9%) from November 16, 2021, and for Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements.
