Baughman, Plaintiffs vs. Kathy Christenson, her heirs, successors, assigns, and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, lien, or interest in the property described in this complaint. Case No. 22CV28357. Plaintiffs Scott J. Baughman and Shelly J. Baughman seek a judgment declaring them to be the sole owners in fee simple title of the real property and all improvements located at 5531 Upper Canyon Rim Drive, Culver, Jefferson County, Oregon. Plaintiffs, as bona fide purchasers, allege that the land sale contract on the subject property was paid in full, but vendor Kathy Christenson died without executing the required deed conveying the subject property to Plaintiffs. Defendants, in the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby required to appear and answer the Complaint filed in the above-entitled court and cause within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this Summons. If you fail to answer, the plaintiffs will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The motion or answer or reply must be given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days of the date of first publication specified herein along with the required filing fee.
