PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yamhill County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 6, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. in Room 32 of the Yamhill County Courthouse. The hearing will also be available via Zoom https://us06web.zoom.us/j/97354678574 Webinar ID: 97354678574 to consider: DOCKET G-02-22, a proposal to allow: — Psilocybin production as a permitted use in the Exclusive Farm zones (EF-20, EF-40 and EF-80), Section 402 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance (YCZO). — Psilocybin processing/manufacturing as a conditional uses/site design review in the Exclusive Farm zones (EF-20, EF-40 and EF-80) Section 402 of the YCZO. — Allow Psilocybin Service Centers as a conditional use/site design review in the RC Recreation Commercial zone and the PAI Public Assembly, Institutional zone. (Sections 601 and 801, respectively, of the YCZO) These amendments are being reviewed based on Section 1207.01 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested parties may testify at the hearing, send written comment to the Planning Department prior to the hearing at planning@co.yamhill.or.us or send a message to request to testify via zoom. Failure to raise an issue, in writing, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to allow the Planning Commission an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes an affected party’s appeal of the decision to the Board of Commissioners on that issue.
