Conditional Use Permit (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a vacation rental at 500 N Garfield Street Applicant: Bryce Rosenbaum File: CUP22-0011 2. CPTA22-0002 (Legislative): Consider an application to adopt the City of Newberg Housing Needs Analysis (June 2021) and Newberg Housing Strategy (January 2021), City of Newberg Economic Opportunities Analysis (March 2021), and Newberg Public and Semi-Public Land Need 2021-2041 analysis (February 2021); amend the Newberg Comprehensive Plan, V.
