Public Notice – American Towers LLC

PUBLIC NOTICE American Towers LLC is proposing a 20′ x 40′ compound expansion associated with the collocation of antennas at 108′ onto an existing 121.1′ (122.7′ overall with appurtenances) AGL self-support communications tower located atop Pilot Butte; at 19750 SE Burma Road, southeast of the City of Prineville, in Crook County, OR; on the northern portion of an approximately 308.12-acre parcel of land identified as Parcel ID: 1618000000401 by the Crook County Tax Assessor’s Office. The tower structure is unlit, and the tower facility will include the proposed 20′ x 40′ compound expansion, the existing tower compound, and a 30-ft buffer surrounding the proposed and existing tower compound areas. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
