PUBLIC NOTICE Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Proposed Goal FFY 2020-2022 In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 CFR Part 26, the Port of Portland hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation triennial overall goal for Portland International Airport (PDX) of 10.1% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. 6% will be achieved through race-conscious methods and 4.1% will be achieved through race-neutral methods. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2023 through 2025 (10/1/2022 – 9/30/2025).
