HEARING NOTICE The Newberg City Council will hold a public hearing on October 17, 2022, at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR and via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposal: 1. Annexation (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application to annex a parcel of approximately 2.16 acres into the Newberg city limits, and applying the M-2 zone with Riverfront District (RD) overlay. The subject property is located west of NE Dog Ridge Road and is identified as Yamhill County Map and Tax Lot R3229 02100 (portion within Urban Growth Boundary) The subject property area to be annexed is located within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary and designated by the Comprehensive Plan Map as: IND (Industrial) with a Riverfront District (RD) Overlay.
