PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the two-year period for the redemption of real properties included in the 2020 delinquent tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Clackamas County, Oregon on August 20, 2020, in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Clackamas County, Suit Number 20CV28987, and included in the judgment entered therein on October 20, 2020 will expire on October 20, 2022. All properties ordered sold under said judgment, unless redeemed on or before October 20, 2022 will be deeded to Clackamas County, Oregon, immediately on expiration of said period of redemption, and every right and interest of any person in such properties will be forfeited forever to Clackamas County, Oregon.
