Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District Public Notice As required by ORS 198.540, notice is given that the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District will hold public hearings on October 12, 2022 at 7:30 pm on two proposed ordinances: Ordinance No. 2022-01, amending District Compiled Policies Chapter 7 (General Regulations) and Ordinance No. 2022-02, amending District Compiled Policies Chapter 8 (Property Regulations). The amendments to Chapter 7 govern public conduct on District property. The amendments to Chapter 8, govern acquisition, disposition, and use of District property. The hearings will be conducted electronically. Live streaming of the hearing will be available at https://youtu.be/13SHo1GfKIs. Written testimony will be accepted until 3 pm on October 12, 2022. Written testimony must be delivered to boardofdirectors@thprd.org.
