WASHINGTON COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATING MODEL ASSESSMENT Proposals due: October 28, 2022 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NO. 2022.222-RFP) Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Human Resources Operating Model Assessment. The County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assess the opportunities and challenges to transform the County’s Human Resources operating model from a reactive and transactional to strategic services. Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Friday, October 28, 2022. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
