PUBLIC HEARING ITEM: This application requires public hearings before Tigard Planning Commission and Tigard City Council. The public hearing on this application before Planning Commission will be held virtually and the City Council hearing will be a hybrid meeting. You are invited to attend the public hearing. If you wish to provide comments at a virtual public hearing, the City will provide a call-in number to receive oral testimony during the hearing. Additional information and participation procedures will be provided on the meeting agenda. DCA2022-00003 REQUEST: The City is considering a development code amendment to remove noncommercial agriculture regulations from the Development Code and create new regulations for urban livestock under the Municipal Code. Proposed new regulations under the Municipal Code include setting standards for species and number of livestock allowed on a property, minimum shelter sizes for livestock, and proper storage of livestock-related materials. LOCATION: Citywide. CITY ZONE: Citywide.
