WASHINGTON, COUNTY, OREGON FORESTRY CONSULTING SERVICES Proposals Due 2:00 pm, Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS No. 2022.228-RFP Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Forestry Consulting Services on Request for County-Owned Timber Properties. Proposer must have forest management certification from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and manage the County timber parcels following these guidelines. Proposals must be received by 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 1, 2022. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
