PORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT ROCK CREEK CAMPUS BARN REPLACEMENT PROJECT Proposals due: December 1, 2022 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID SOLICITATION NO: P&CC22-027-ITB SUMMARY AND LEGAL NOTICE The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB or Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified Contractors (Bidder) interested in providing for Portland Community College’s Rock Creek Campus Barn Replacement. This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective July 1, 2022 and as Amended October 1, 2022. The work will take place in Washington County, Oregon. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 10:00AM AT ROCK CREEK Campus Building 9 Event Center Room 122 Section A, located at, 17705 Springville Rd., Portland, OR 97229. Bids received from bidders who do not attend this pre-bid conference will not be considered.
