PUBLIC HEARING ITEM: The following will be considered by the Tigard Planning Commission at a Public Hearing on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 7:00 PM and by the Tigard City Council at a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 6:30 PM. The Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually on the Microsoft Teams platform. The City Council hearing will be held at the Tigard Civic Center – Town Hall, 13125 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard, Oregon and may also be viewed online. Public oral or written testimony is invited. The public hearing on this matter will be conducted in accordance with Title 18 and rules of procedure adopted by the Council and the rules of Chapter 18.710, available at City Hall. The Planning Commission’s review is for the purpose of making a recommendation to the City Council on the proposal. The Council will then hold a public hearing on the request prior to making a decision.
