WEST MULTNOMAH SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT ANNUAL MEETING West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District (WMSWCD) will hold its Annual Meeting followed by a regularly scheduled Board meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Lucky Labrador Beer Hall, 1945 NW Quimby Street, Portland, OR 97029. WMSWCD’s Annual Report and Audit Report will be presented at the Annual Meeting. Members of the public are welcomed and pre-registration is required by 12 p.m. on November 14, 2022.
