TO: LYNDA FALKENSTEIN, DEFENDANT HEREIN IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON: You are hereby required to appear and answer the Complaint filed against you in the above-entitled suit within thirty (30) days of the date of first publication of this summons, and if you fail to so appear and answer, Plaintiff, for want thereof, will apply to the above-entitled Court for the following relief prayed for in its Complaint: For judgment for Plaintiff A Team Heating & Cooling, LLC (Plaintiff), against Lynda Falkenstein, Defendant(s) as follows: 1. On the First Claim for Relief against Defendant, for damages in an amount to be proven at trial, but not less than Six Thousand, One Hundred Eighteen Thousand and 61/100 Dollars ($6,118.61) TOGETHER with pre-judgment interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date payment was due, post-judgment interest on all sums herein at the rate of 9% per annum. 2. On the Second Claim for Relief against Defendant, Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs, and disbursements incurred to recover payment. 3. On the Third Claim for Relief against Defendant, for damages in an amount to be proven at trial, but not less than Six Thousand, One Hundred Eighteen Thousand and 61/100 Dollars ($6,118.61) TOGETHER with pre-judgment interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date payment was due, post-judgment interest on all sums herein at the rate of 9% per annum. 4. This Summons is published by Order signed 10/04/22, and entered on 10/06/22, by the Honorable Sims, Judge of the above-entitled Court, directing publication of this Summons once each week for four successive weeks in the Beaverton Valley Times, now known as The Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Washington County, Oregon.
