Ochoco Irrigation District Title Transfer Opportunity to Review Draft Final Title Transfer Agreement [PRINEVILLE, Ore.] – The Bureau of Reclamation and the Ochoco Irrigation District are providing an opportunity for the public to review the negotiated draft of the final title transfer agreement for 30 days beginning November 8, 2022. The draft final title transfer agreement can be found at https://www.usbr.gov/pn/programs/title/ochoco/index.html. The Ochoco Irrigation District is interested in receiving the title to relevant federally owned Crooked River Project facilities located downstream of the Crooked River diversion and fish screen. Crooked River Project facilities in the proposed title transfer include eight pump stations, canals, drains, pipelines, and a borrow area at the base of Ochoco Dam.
